MY FRIEND'S DENMARK VISIT
Norbert Isles, my friend of more than a decade visited Denmark last June. I have the privilege to be his host and prepare daily the dishes he longed to have a taste for. Below are some of the gourmets he enjoyed during his stay in my home at Frederiksberg.
